City Tech is a software and design company. We build iOS and Android apps, streaming platforms, web systems and AI-based tools for media companies, startups and corporate clients.
Services
We cover the whole process: planning, design, development, store publishing and maintenance. Most clients work with us for years after the first release.
We bring large language models into real products: customer assistants, internal tools, content automation and recommendation systems. We handle model selection, data preparation, prompt and retrieval design, hosting and cost control.
Native iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), watchOS and tvOS, or React Native when a shared codebase makes more sense. We also handle App Store and Google Play publishing.
Video on demand, live broadcast and interactive streaming applications for phones, web and Smart TV. Players, DRM, chat, ads and subscriptions.
Back-end services, admin panels and customer-facing web applications with Node.js, Laravel and Next.js, deployed on cloud infrastructure.
User flows, wireframes, interface design and design systems. We design in Figma and build what we design.

Live channels, programme guide and on-demand library for a national broadcaster, on iOS, Android, web and Smart TV. Includes low-latency HLS playback and live chat.
An assistant that answers customer questions from internal documentation, hands over to a human agent when needed and feeds resolved cases back into its knowledge base.
Editorial CMS, public website and mobile apps with personalised feeds, push notifications and a recommendation service.
iPhone and Apple Watch app that tracks daily activity, syncs with HealthKit and prepares weekly summaries with a language model.
Storefront, seller panel and order management with payment, invoicing and shipping integrations.
Transcription, summaries, tags and clip suggestions for a video library of several thousand hours, used by the editorial team and the search service.
Process
We meet, go through your goals and constraints, and prepare a scoped backlog with a time and cost estimate.
Flows, wireframes and final screens, reviewed with you as clickable prototypes before development starts.
Work is planned in two-week sprints. You get a demo build at the end of every sprint.
Store submissions, server setup, monitoring and a release checklist we have used on many projects.
Updates, analytics, new features and support after launch, under a monthly or per-release agreement.

City Tech Yazılım Tasarım ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. was established in Istanbul in 2023. Before founding the company, our team spent years working on media and broadcasting products used by large audiences in Türkiye. We work as a small team and stay directly involved in every project.
We work with media companies, startups and corporate clients in Türkiye and Europe. Over the last two years a growing share of our work has been integrating AI models into existing products, alongside our mobile and streaming work.
